The Division of Purchasing is a division within the Department of Administration. We manage the purchasing policy and implementation for property acquisitions (goods and services) for state executive agencies, including solicitation, issuance, and administration of contracts and training for professional purchasing staff. We also serve as the clearinghouse for the federal government’s surplus properties.
